These are a couple of persona workflows that I created in Sketch for a very large-scale project for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud content builder/editor. The main premise is enhancing an existing dynamic content block and making it more flexible for AMPScript (Saleforce's proprietary ECMA or JavaScript-like programming language). The goal was to use a declarative UI within the content builder/editor so that business users could take advantage of AMPScript for highly dynamic content within their email campaigns but not have to write as much code. These workflows were done during the beginning stages of discovery design and referenced throughout the project.
